How the iBites Partner Program works

What is the iBites Partner Program?

iBites is an Indian cold-pressed juice, salad, smoothie and wellness-shot brand. The iBites Partner Program lets anyone in India earn real money by promoting iBites — online (sharing your unique referral link), offline (running a stall from your physical location), or by reselling iBites through your own website or app (commerce-as-a-service: you set the price, we make it and a rider delivers it). Earnings settle into one monthly bank transfer via RazorpayX. It is not a wallet-credit program.

The four steps

   Apply with your PAN + business address

   Sign up at partners.ibites.in. You enter your full legal name, email, mobile, PAN card number, and your business address (line 1, locality, pincode → city/state autofills). You also drop a pin on a map for your exact business location. Submission flips your status to pending_approval. Admin reviews and approves typically within 24 hours.

   Add your bank account

   Once approved, you add your bank account holder name, account number and IFSC. If iBites is running in automatic payout mode, RazorpayX verifies your account immediately. If iBites is running in manual payout mode (typical when the brand is bootstrapping), the iBites team does a ₹1 test transfer to confirm the account is active, then marks it verified.

   Start sharing or selling

   Online: share your unique referral link (e.g. partners.ibites.in/r/SHARMA1234) on WhatsApp, Instagram, your blog, YouTube, or anywhere. Each click is logged. Each signup is attributed to you. Each order books a commission entry.
   Offline (optional): if you have a physical location (kirana, café, gym counter, society guard cabin, college canteen, IT-park pantry), admin enables "stall mode" on your account, generates an iBites UPI QR code, and seeds per-product commission rates for you. Our field rider drops fresh stock every morning, GPS-verified to your stall location.
   Website / app (optional): if you already run a website or app, integrate the copy-paste iBites orders API on your own checkout, set your retail prices, and top up your prepaid partner wallet. Your customers order on your site; we cook & deliver and webhook you every status update.

   Get paid monthly to your bank

   On the 1st of every month at 02:00 IST, a cron job computes your net earnings (referral + stall commissions − cash-share owed − damages − debt − TDS) and queues a bank transfer via RazorpayX. The money lands in your Indian bank account within 24 hours under most banks.

The money math

Three parallel earning streams that net into one monthly payout:

Stream 1 — Online referrals

• ₹20 flat the first time a new customer you referred places an iBites order.
• ₹1 × number of items on every subsequent order that customer places, for their lifetime. No cap.
• The referred customer also gets ₹10 wallet credit on their 2nd and 3rd orders — paid by iBites, not from your pocket.
• If an order is refunded, only the referral commission for that order is clawed back. Stall commissions are never reversed.

Stream 2 — Run a stall

• Admin sets per-product commission rates for you. Typical: 10% on bottled cold-pressed juice (₹100 retail × 10% = ₹10/bottle), ₹15–25 fixed per salad bowl, 25% on premium wellness shots.
• Customers pay you in cash (you keep the cash on the spot) or by scanning the iBites UPI QR (money lands in iBites's bank directly).
• Unsold returns to iBites at no cost to you. Damaged or missing units are charged at retail.
• Field rider reconciles drop + sales every day around 10 AM. Your dashboard updates immediately.

Stream 3 — Sell on your own website or app

• Already have a website or app (a studio, D2C store, gym app, society portal)? Put the iBites menu on your checkout with a copy-paste API — typically live in a day.
• You set the retail price and keep the margin. Example: you pay ₹70, you sell at ₹100, you keep ₹30 — on every order, with zero inventory.
• We cook it and a rider delivers it to your customer. You never touch stock. Live order webhooks push every status update to you (no polling).
• Runs on a prepaid integration wallet — top it up, orders draw down from it, so there is no inventory risk. A free sandbox lets you test before you sell.

TDS & taxes

If your iBites Partner earnings cross ₹15,000 in a financial year (April–March), iBites automatically deducts 5% TDS under section 194H and remits it to the IT department against your PAN. Each payout in your dashboard shows the TDS line. A TDS certificate is available to download from your dashboard each year so you can file your taxes correctly.
